my car ate a pothole and the result is a bent wheel and a big *** bubble on the tire. [Yokohama Avid H4S] im surprised it didnt pop! right now its in the front giving a slight shake. if i move it to the rear will it be less noticable?

anyone have a 17" wheel you would like to sell??

i replaced the tire already. thats how i knew the wheel was bent. the tech called me over to the balancer and i saw the wheel spinning funny. its not dented inward. its actually oval shaped lol. weird.

Just replace it. You should be able to find one wheel cheap.

believe me im lookin. these are hard to find. i found a TL wheel on ebay. hmmm both 5 spoke, silver, 17x8. nah chill

Believe it or not, you can probably fix that wheel without replacing it. Depends how bad the damage it. Do you have a photo of it?

i dont have a photo of it, but it LOOKS like all the others. i ran my fingers around the inner side of the wheel and it was smooth. if i hadnt seen it wobbling on the balancer, i wouldnt have known it was bent. strange huh.


sure i felt a bump when i rolled down the road but i attributed that to the big giant bubble.
