recommendation on finding 17" gs lug nuts
happy holidays people.
i have a 2nd generation GS. bought it with 20" wheels. the guy i got it from gave me the oem 17"s as well. unfortunately, the lug nuts from the 20's don't sit well with the 17's. dealer is quoting me almost 5 bucks per lug nut . trying to avoid dropping $100 on lug nuts to do my switchout. any ideas/recommendations????

You can try buying a used set from a local tire shop. Most of these places will have them laying around, taken off from previous Toyotas that would switch wheels and never give lugnuts a second thought.

Lexus Champion
"Toyota Factory Alloys"
part number 5077 $3.30 each

I have a thing about using unknown/used lug nuts, it's not worth the
risk of stripping-out a stud... a small price to pay for safely and
peace of mind!
Also, Prestige is a great outfit, worked with them many times in
the past for various wheel-related supplies. You might be able to
source these through a local tire shop.
