HELP with rims on 96ES300
Hey, I need some help concerning what type of rims to buy for my 96ES.. I am a NEWBIE so don't tech out on me ok!
I'm trying to stay below the 2,000 price range when purchasing.. Also, I would like to have no gap between the tires and the body... You know what I'm talking about right? To do that, I would probably have to lower my car right? If so, how many inches and how exactly do I lower it?
I am really lost, and I just wanna have a nice car. haha

I would probably get some H&R springs to help out with that fender gap. The lower the car one inch.
As for wheels, an 18 or 19" will fit the car best IMO. If you want to stay around 2000, try tire rack.

Where could I get "H&R Springs"?
Will the 1 inch create ANY sort of rubbing?
I am getting 17's or 18's.. So yeah.. Is Tire Rack an online site because I live on Guam and there is no Tire Rack here.
Thanks alot man. I don't know too many people who could help me out with this so yeah, big thanks to you.

How much would you let them go for?
Also, I live on Guam.. How much would shipping be..? And would they allow tires? My friend bought some rims from the Philippines and he couldn't bring any tires over.. So yeah, I just wanna let you know about that.

Serrano,
The wheels Manaray is offering look very nice on the car. IMO, RH Evolution is of good quality as well. I've receved many sets of wheels mounted with tires from the mainalnd US via the US postal service, first class priority mail. It can be done with a little care. The wheels are covered with two cardboard pieces front and back cut out round to cover the wheels. There usually is a soft bubble rap type material between the cardboard and the wheel to protect it from scratiches. Of course all this is wrapped with very tight plastic packing strips and each strip is taped to ensure it wont move. The part of the tire that contacts the ground is actually exposed. The cost for shipping is around $100.00 each, insured. That's just the cost of living on our beautiful island and trying to be different. I gave you my number to discuss things like this. Please feel free to call.
