Any thoughts on these wheels?
Hey all, I'd like to know if anyone has experience with these wheels that could comment on quality, price, availability, etc...

arthur exchange are meade by RAYS(volk maker) of japan...good quality, the list priuces are high, but they are sold at reasonable prices..18's ~$18-2200/set, depends on style and finish. to me this means that you can get excellent quality rays wheels at good prices.
