Default Widest wheel spacer i can go on a gs400

I'm on the 06+ 18" 5 spoke gs wheels. The rear offset is just way too conservative and was wondering what is the thickest wheel spacer I can go on the stock studs. I found some generic wheel spacer in my garage and was wondering if theyre safe to put on. They're about 5mm thick with a universal bolt pattern and a huge hole in the middle. Looks like this thing will have a lot of free play until the wheel is tighten against it.

bad idea.... the wheel is no longer going to be hubcentric with that generic spacer...

better off to get a vehicle specific spacer and the extended studs (or a bolt on adapter plate) if you plan on going 15mm or more... 5-10mm, then get a hubcentric ring and extended studs...
