Forums to find SUV wheels?
Guys,
I am trying to find some used 22"-24" wheels with tires for my Suburban. I have checked ebay but can't ever find anything used. I am not looking to spend much on them, just want to make it look a little better.
So does anyone know where I can find some USED Suburban wheels for sale at a reasonable price? I tried Chevytalk.com but didn't find any there. I have also been searching my local Craigslist with no luck there either.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jonny

This is going to sound strange, but check eBay. If you think there aren't strange things available there, you can find a lot of specialty stores - including wrecking yards. My wife just purchased a replacement glass for a side window in her ancient van. $24 + $45 insured shipping (it is glass) . . . versus $249 + install at the local glass shop.

Do a search and save it. Check back from time to time - that's how my wife found her window. Look also under the eBay store listings. Click on a few vendor sales and have a look around the "store". Most don't show up in a general search. Here's a start

I used American Racing wheels on a Suburban or two - they were one of the few who could fit the 8-bolt pattern for a K-20.

They aren't necessarily my favorites, but they are available almost everywhere - and are most likely to show up on the used market.
