disassembling a 3-piece wheels TOOL NEEDED *PICS*

Im looking to swap my lip out on my 3 piece l-sportline rims. Please let me know what tool I will need. I allready have the torque specs for assembly and will be using a silicone seelant.

you can probably loosen the nut on the back side without a tool on the front. I noticed when they fix or take apart wheels...the front face of the bolt does not any kind of marks...leading me to believe they just loosen the back side. I would not torque more than 10-12 ft-lb.
