Default What tire should I buy?

I local tire shop told me that the brigestones re960 are on a nation wide backorder for about a month.

Wich is the best bang for the buck. Iam looking for the best tire overall. They are both about the same price.

If were for your IS350 then your better off wait for the RE960. Toyo are good tires but in my opinion I would get tires that are more popular in the market. The RE960 being back order is telling you exactly that...

I agree, however the original poster is still being entirely too vague...

for all we know, he wants a snow tire, or a tire he can go to the local autocross with - neither of which fit either bill...

Honestly, the 960AS and T1-R are in entirely different categories and shouldn't even be compared...

I need a tire for daily driving with the least amount of road noise. I would like to have a tire that performence excellent in dry and wet weather, not looking for a snow tire. At the same time I would like the tires to be good enough to do some spirited driving. Hope that helps, sorry about being to vague.

My opinion still stands then...You can fork out a little more money to get Michelin MXV4...You won't regret it...
