Gen2 GS rims fit on Gen1?

Hey guys. I was curious if rims that fit on my 98 GS400 would fit on a 95 GS300. Are they the same lug pattern, offset, etc? More specifically, the L-Sportline MII 20's or the Racing Hart C2s 18's.

I've seen the 17's on a '95 GS3. It was for sale at the Lexus dealership. It looked very nice.
