Default Please Help !!!!!!

I also own a BMW 650 which does not have a spare tire and therefore originally came with Bridgestone Potenza run flat tires. I need to purchase new summer tires (19") and, in a perfect world, would love to break away from the run flats and go to a better tire like the Pilot Sport PS2. However, I am concerned that because I don't have a spare I will be asking for trouble in the event I do get a flat. I was hoping other SC owners would be able to share their insight with me on this issue. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Many go with the Continental Tire kit. Comes with a compressor and a temporary gel sealant that supposed to be compatible with the tire pressure sensors.
Around 75$ at TireRack
