Default Made my choice....need a little more help though....

OK I am set on HRE's. I have a good source for them.
Now I need to know what you guys think of the different styles.
540, 545, or 547s?
I am leaning towards the 547s.

Size...
I am getting 18's. Here in Michigan I think that 19's would be a pain just because of all the crappy roads.
Fronts 8.5 width, and rears 10" width.

Offset....???? Dont know much about wheels in this department. I am planning on getting a "big" brake upgrade in the furture though. What are the typical offsets for the GS?

Finish....I am definately getting a polished lip and center face. I have had a recommendation to polish the "barrel." This is the inside of the weel. What do you think?

Tires I am set on. Getting Bridgestone S-03s. What are the sizes that you have all seen out there?
I am thinking of the 275's on the rear and 254s on the fronts.

Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks
MIKE

Mike,

most of the 500 series looked very attractive.

typical offset for the GS :+37-+45, you would probably want to ask for supra tt fittment. manaray will calrify this issue later i hope

S03 are excellent choice: 245/40/18, 275/35/18( i am uncertain if 285 would be fine too, just a tad larger in overall dia/height)

Spartan - Call HRE (get thier number from the website...www.hrewheels.com) and ask them about your offset setup. On 18's, you can be a little loose...

For the best price, call Mo at SRT (www.swiftracing.com)

As for design, I'm think the 547's are ugly. 545's would be my first choice (for the GS) and then the 540's) 546's look nice too...and of course, my favorite, 543's...

A polished inside lip would be cool...not really necessary on the 540 and 543 but on a 545 and maybe the 546, it might be worth it since they have large gaps between spokes so you can see "into" the wheel...

275 rears and 245 front will work fine...

For 18x10 rims, you have choice of tires from 275/35 ~ 295/35. I've used 275/35 and 285/35 on my 18x9.5 rims, I wish I could go with 295/35. I just need more traction.
