Default 20" wheel upgrade

Getting an 07 GS 350 AWD in a week or so ( just got the VIN #! ) and Im looking to put 20" TSW Nogaro (Chrome) on. I am gonna use the sensors that come on the stock 17's on the TSW's and my main concern is if the ride quality changes when making the upgrade. If anyone put 20's on their Lexus, especially 3rd Gen GS, can you please let me know if the ride was more bumpy, rough, or did the ride stay the same? Any input please post- Thanks!

The ride will feel alot bumpier. I hope you don't live in an area with bad road conditions, you're going to be feeling everything. Also, you should keep in mind that 20's MIGHT rub depending on the actual rim. I don't know about the GS, but for me (2IS) i have to go for a staggered setup and some rims will rub on my car.

The IS has a lot stiffer suspension than the GS, the IS feels alot bumpier in stock form compared to a GS.

everything else being equal, a shorter sidewall tire will ride rougher...

however, it's not like a shaking roughness, you just feel more of the imperfections in the road....
