Default some advice on these wheels plz

which of these wheels looks best on a lowered black SC?

Imola Design 23 Forged Wheels 19x8.5 (+40) 20lbs, 19x10 (+30) 22lbs

Racing Hart CPF Tune Forged wheels 19x8.5 (+38)16lbs, 19x10 (+44) 18lbs

So which set looks better? regarding size there the same except for the offsets which one would be a better fit and what tire size would you recommend for them? Thanks ahead of time.

I think both would look pretty good but I'd go for the Imolas myself.

19x10 +30 will probably force you to go with a stretched tire and a rolled fender. To run a conventional tire on a 10" wide rim like a 275/30/19, you will probably have to pull your fenders after rolling them. Regardless a roll is in order.

These wheels have a much more conservative rear wheel offset. You could put some massively wide tires on these and not have any issues after a mild fender roll. Certain 275's may fit without a roll at all.

These wheels offer you very different stances. Your choice depends on the persona you want implemented for your ride:

(1) The Imola would give you more of a VIP look. The deep dish mesh rims with slightly stretched tires would really bling. The rear offset is super agressive which would showcase your rims to passers by nicely. Dunlop Direzza tires offer nice sidewall construction for fender clearance and stretching as this will be the most major issue with these rims. I would try a 255 in the rear and a 225 in the front.

(2) The Racing Harts would give you a more athetic stance. The five star rims with fat tires would make your car look authoritative. The rear offset is less aggressive. With a fender roll, you would clear 285 or maybe even 295/30/19's. The lighter rims would offer roational inertia at the wheels to be more similar to stock. With this in mind, I would recommend Continental ContiSport Contact tires. They are excellent performers and lighter than any other tire manufacturer's tire at every tire size. These tires would allow you to go wider without weighing yourself down.

If you want to bling with aggressive offsets that require slightly stretched tires, I would go with the Imola's. They would look really beautiful on the SC. If you want to increase handling with lighter rims and wider tires, I would go with the Racing Harts. They would bring out a new side to your SC.

I was torn on a similar decision. I went with the less aggressive offsets and fat Continental tires. I love my 275mm wide rear tires. I think they look great. Although, I am certain I would love the bling of a deep dish set-up had I pulled the trigger on more VIP tire specs. Ultimately, the decision is yours.

If you fit 275's in the rear without a fender pull, let me know. I am very curious.
