Default different tread patterns ok?

Guys I need some quick advice here, is it ok to run different tread patterns front and back? I've been running Toyo T1R all around, 245-40-18 & 275-35-18, but now the fronts need to be replaced and I'm trying to decide between new Toyo or Nitto Neo Gen. I loved the Toyo but they wore really fast in the front (I'm lowered with L-tuned shocks and springs) and the Neo Gen are supposed to be designed for lowered cars and therefore wear better. The thing is the Neo Gen does not come in 275-35, so when it comes time to replace the rears I'll still need to cross brand, basically I'd always be running differing tread patterns. Any thoughts, opinions or experience doing this would be much appreciated.

I have different tires on the front and back. Just make sure the rear tires are the same and the front tires are the same.
