In response to a couple of you who have asked about checking order history here is some good news from our internet manager...

"We are working on adding the feature. The delay in adding it is a technical issue. All of our customer and order informaton is stored on a system that is separate from our website.

We do not store order related information on the database that runs our website nor are the web accounts directly connected to the system that stores order information. The website requests and displays the information on demand.

By using our order tracking based order look up function we do have a way to see the last five orders for a specific account. By entering the an email address and the associated billing zip code we will display the last five orders;

We use it only as an aid for looking up orders mainly because a single customer could have more than one account on our system. If they have changed email address and it was not changed on our order system we would not find the orders. If they have more than one account with the same email address an zip we would return zero results and offer other assistance in finding an order number.

There are other issues such as discontinued products that are no longer on the site or changes we may have made to make model year etc.

We are working on ways around this and we expect to have a system to review order history within in then next few months."
