Mich Sport vs. PS2 vs Mich Sport A/S
Which is the better tire for my GS450h?
I've read before that those who prefered the Mich Sport just stated that....
Where you meaning the A/S or the Mich Sport Max Performance Summer tire?
Thanks.
I want the best tire for handling in most weather conditions minus snow.

I say go with PS2, I ran those on my M3 and they are awesome tires for performance and comfort. This is the favorite tire for all M3 enthusiasts so I presume it will run nicely with the GS as well.
the only thing I dislike about the michelin tires is the fact that they have really soft sidewalls...if you hit a sewer cap or small potholes, you can easily crack the sidewalls and it'll cost you another $300 to replace it.

I just bought a GS350 and swapped out the Dunlop RunFlats for the Michelin Energy MXV4 S8's - Drove them across country last week! - Quiet, great ride and probably much better mileage life than the 2 you mentioned.

The PS2 is Hands down better Handling than the A/S. The trade off of course is that they wear down quicker and are less foul wheather friendly than the A/S.
The PS2 is the ultimate in dry traction, but honestly I will assume your driving habits / style might not challenge the limits of the PS2 in the dry? So the PS2 can be overkill for many people.
The A/S is a great All around tire, and only the more aggressive and demanding drivers would require the additional grip of the PS2 over the A/S.
If you are not worried about extreme wheather driving get the PS2, otherwise the A/S is the more conservative choice.

I'd say get the PS2 if you're not going to be driving your Lexus in the snow. I have Michelin PS2 tires on my GS350 AWD. I switched from the stock 17" wheels to 18" Tourmalines. The Michelin PS2s are fantasic on both dry and wet pavement! I'm really pleased with them!
