Default Fixing curb rash

I have curb rash on 2 of my rims. They are Lexus L Tuned OZ Super Turismo, I am not quite sure if they are polished or painted aluminum. Is there any way of fixing this myself or something available to match the color of the rims as close as possible. I saw a do it yourself page for German silver painted rims but I am unsure if it will work on Lexus rims. Will sanding ruin clearcoat finish if that what it has, can you reapply clearcoat if you do sand and touch up. I would think by now there would be some kind of fix available that you could do yourself if you don't want to pay to have them fixed.
