Default whut are good sized tires?

i have 18" work equips... the rears are 265 35 i beleive and they seem a bit thin for my drop.. and now im running a vertex kit and i dont want a big gap... should I run stretched tires and get coilvoers and drop it? or run bigger tires and leave the eibach springs for a while? whut would u guys do?
if i was to get coilvoers it wont be for like another 6 months... also good coilover recomendations for daily driving and a good price.
