Default LS spec wheels on a GS?

Im looking at 2 different sets of wheels both coming from the 01+ LS430 and neither owner knows the offsets. 1 is rims only and the other comes with tires. All happen to be the same sizes though, staggered though.

Fronts are both 20x8.5
Rears are both 20x9.5
Tires one one set of wheels are 285/30/20 and 245/35/20

Said wheels will be going on a 1998 GS300. Car is currently stock height but will be lowered and fenders adjusted upon wheels going on. So will they fit offset wise? Any fender mods necessary? I know this is a huge "general" question without knowing the offsets but I do know they are similiar between cars. Thanks a bunch and any info will be greatly appreciated

The LS takes a more conservative size and offset as the GS, so it's safe to assume that anything that will fit on an LS will also fit on a GS (but not the other way around). And in extreme cases like on Fabulous demo car LS (20x9 +26 and 20x10.5 +30), all that is needed to fit on a GS is a simple roll or shaving of the fenders.

So id be safe buying them without a test fit? Id probably throw them on but i wouldnt be able to shave the fenders at that time. Wait a second, im not lowered yet ill post pics in the GS section as soon as something happens. I have to get pics of my buddies GS too. Itll definately create a long post
