Fuzion by Bridgestone -- anyone running them?
Just curious. They seem to be very inexpensive and fairly highly rated. Does anyone have any real world experience with them? Brandon, if you've tested them, feel free to jump in with your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

I heard from a guy that owns a Goodyear auto center that Goodyear makes the Fuzion tires.
I would like to know as well, as I'll be looking for 245/40/18's soon to replace mine.

I moved from Toyo Proxes TPT 205/65/15 to Fuzion HRi 215/50/17. Cornering improved a lot. On my usual corners I take, the former Toyos lose grip a bit and screech a tad. These Fuzions stay to the road and keeps me in the optimal line. That may be caused by the smaller sidewall, but I feel these tires grip quite well. Rain isn't too bad, probably on par with my former Toyos. Great tires for the price their at, about $50 for one I think. One of the best price/performance tires.

By the way, the Fuzions are made by Bridgestone. I went back and double-checked.

you're correct. I guess the goodyear guy had no clue or maybe i was thinking of another brand.
Either way, I've love to find out more about them as well.
BTW, the General Exclaim UHP's seem to be pretty nice as well. A coworker put some on per my recommendation and he really likes them.

my GF has ZRi's on her IS300 215/45/17, they look good, I like how they flush with a rim and the side wall is not soft, they are good handling wise, but are noisy, not as bad as my chopped up due to bad alignment p-zero nero m/s 245/45/17, but still not smooth, unless her alignment is bad too and that caused the tires to wear out on the inside and now are noisy..

I have a pair of HRi's on my GS300
H rated instead of the V rated but they still grip and hold out very nicely at high speeds too
i dont drive faster than 100 mph anyways
tread wear seems good too, at a fair pace
as said above, Fuzion is part of bridgestone group
