Default Tire fitment question

I just bought some 19in x 7.5in wheels. I know, too small, width wise, but oh well.

My question is what is the best combination in term of size in series and width? I wondered if 245/45/19 would fit and allow for maximum comfort. Keep in mine that it is a non-lowered 02' GS300 (for the time being).

By the way I am looking for some struts and springs. Pm me if you have a set or Tein CS if the price is right.

245/40 19 will be a little wide for those wheels but should still work.
