I have 18x8 and im thinking of using 1.5 inch or 1 inch spacers. Do you guys think its safe? thanks!

Thye're safe as long as 1) they're made by a reputable company and 2) you install them correctly. Many of us used H&R TRAC+ spacers and they worked great. I believe they go 25mm the widest, which is approximately 1 inch. That should be a safe route to go with.

I had this same concern. I had to use spacers on the front to clear the brake caliper. I've had them on for about 9 months now and have had no problems at all. Just make sure as mentioned above that if your not installing them yourself that the install crew does it right. If they don't you may feel wobble, vibration, and could even feel a bit unstable in corners.

I run a 15mm and 25mm on my car.

ditto. 15m/front and 25mm/rear on mine. No issues. Just make sure you get the quality brand-name spacers and have them installed by a reputable shop.
