after being under my IS a few times i think its safe to say no... but i have seen some crazy offsets on a GS by stretching tires and pulling the fenders.

I like my wheels aggressive, but those are a bit much for the IS. Are you willing to modify the car?
It sounds like you are going for a serious VIP look.
That set-up is:
Front: 28mm more aggressive (further out) than a "normal" IS fitment - probably 12mm past the fender
Rear: 21mm more aggressive (further out) than a "normal" IS fitment - probably about 10mm past the fender
I wouldn't say it's impossible, but you'll need to stretch the tires and crank the camber in (negative). I haven't seen the IS suspension in person, but if it's like the new GS, there is NO camber adjustment from the factory. The camber could be adjusted with custom made suspension components, though. It's all about time & money!
i suggest going with something custom like HRE, DPE, Iforged or Asanti if you are looking for the deepest lip. Volk and Work have a decent selection of offsets and widths, but usually there will be some limits on the lip sizes.

well actually it depends on the wheel brands i guess. for example with some wheels you can get about the same size as say hre. that's the case for some trafficstar. it's all about the spoke design
