20 " Toyo vs. Falken Tire Battle help! GS430
I can't decide which tires to get.
I just bought 20" rims off D2,20x8.5 +35/10 +43 and I have a few options for tires. I have a GS430.
1. Toyo TR-1's 245/35/20, 285/30/20=1472.00 CAD
2. Toyo TR-1's 245/35/20, 275/30/20=1411.00 CAD
3. Falken FK-452's 245/35/20 275/30/20=1190.00 CAD. (452 wont be available in 285 till nov.)
4. Falken FK-452's 245/35/20, and Falken GRB FK-451 285/30/20=1228.00 CAD
5. Hankook Ventus Sport K104 - 245/35/20, 285/30/20=1339.00 CAD *(added hankkok to the mix)
I like how the 452 has a higher treadware rating, 300 vs the 280 of the toyo. I have heard mixed reviews of the TR-1's, but not many reviews of the 452's. does anyone have any comments about the falkens?
I want the 285 rear but Im not sure its worth the extra money considering the falkens 452's are quite a bit cheaper over the toyo's 285, but I would have too settle for 275's in the falkens. Im not too sure on the 451/452 tire combo either as I know its not a good thing to mix tires, but it gets me the 285.. I think the hankooks are inferior to the other tires but I do not have any experiences with hankook.
I would appreciate any input. Thanks.

Update> I can get;
Toyo Proxes 4 - 245/35/20, 295/30ZR20=1160 CAD.
Now will the 295 fit with the +43 offsest on the GS....
If I can get away with this then this is the way I would like to go over the others.

I love the Toyo T1-R's. Only been happier with the Michelin PS2's, but the FK-452 is not bad. I'd definitely go with the Toyo brand over the Falken and T1-R over the Proxes 4. The 285 will fly no problem, but get ready to chop some fenders!!! And as to the 295, forget about it... too tall....

exclusive matchup
iTrader: (4)
295/30 is too tall, but 295/25 is very short (you will need 245/30 to match), so i don't suggest that
you can get the 285, but you will need to shave the fenders or you will rub. so that's your call
between the brands, it's really about what you want, performance or just the wear. that's pretty much the deciding point on which tires you wanna get imho
personally? i am getting old on performance and kinda want to save money
