will these fit?

hey guys,
i have little knowledge about rims and offsets etc.
can anybody tell me if these specs will fit my 98gs300 without any disturbanceor modifications.

Size: 18"X7.5"
Bolt Pattern: 5X114.3
Offset: +35
Finish: Chrome

You dont have to do jack squat with those fitments.

ok how about these

really love the rx chrome rims i saw on ebay.
anybody knows whether they will fit the 98 gs without problems.
