I know the picture is hard to see but anyone know what brand is this wheels?

They look like traffic Stars DTS/Maya Dts Riverside or Lexions.

I used to own a set of these. Indeed they are Riverside traffic stars DTS. Maya DTS adopted the style.

Those headlight covers . . . I've never seen them on a white lexus before, they look better than I thought! What are they called?

That's Toyota factory Japan kit. I just bought that from Carson Toyota.

Judging by the way the spoke curve and the black center cap, I think its SSR Vienna Sovereign. Here is what they look on a fellow CL member's SC430. BTW, these are no longer available.
