Your gonna have to do some major shaving/trimming to make those work. No Go on the spacers....that would make them worse. Good luck on the search. Hopefully you didnt buy these already.

This will take a bit of work. If you want bolt on, this is DEFINATELY not the set to get. If you are willing to shave, pull, tweak the camber, stretch the tires, ... you can probably make this work. Some may like it. Too much work for me.

It will be fine. All you need to do is stretch the tires. On my current set 20x8.5 +20 on 225's, no problem. On my last set for the rears- 20x9.5 +24, no problem.Look up my pics on the 2nd gen forum. You'll seee what I'm talking about.Right now, I have 20x10 +27 on 245's and can still stick my hand between the tire and fender. There are a few guys running offsets like these, look around.

thanks for the advice everyone, i haven't bought these yet, but i was keeping it in mind. and would discount tire be able to stretch the wheels like that? or would i have to go to someone who knows how to do it? because 225 tire seems like a bit to stretch isn't it? and would you stretch the 225 tires on both front and rears? thanks again.

Stretch really only means to mount tires that are skinner than average on a rim. The tires will have to stretch to stay on the rim. The effect is that the rubber flattens out to allow more clearance. The bad thing is that you don't have as much cushion when driving.

To each his own but my car is a daily driver and I would not go to this level of extreme to fit wheels on my car. Others may feel differently.
