Default 20x11 Rear Offset?

What offset would I have to run in a 20x11size rear for a 2000 GS300? I am planning on rolling my fenders to get it absolutely flush. TIA.

Sounds about right, Henry. A 295/25-20 works great on a 20x11 with fender mods.
Aggressive, but not quite flush.

My new wheels are 20x11, but the offset is a lot more aggressive than +47

What offset would you recommend for a fender lip roll to have it tuck with about 1.5 degrees of camber?

seriously, bob, i know you run very aggressive offsets front and back. but i am pretty sure most people don't want those amount of work done on their car to get it fit

OK- I just spent an hour searching various threads on rear fitment. As far as modifications, what is required to get a 20x11 to fit in a flush offset? TIA.

- very careful tire size and brand choice
- completely shave fenders
- shave front and back of wheel wheel as well

that's the least

Thanks for the info. I have a fender roller and have rolled the fender lip and have pulled fenders. Pardon my ignorance but do you consider "Shaving" to be completely cutting the fender lip off, trimming it, or rolling it?

Wouldn't a 20x10 35 offset equals a 20x11 in a 47/48 offset. SoCalSC4, what would you recommend as far as offset to get that flushed look. Basically, I want to completely cut or roll the lip and have a 295 tuck right in with 1.5 degree of camber or so.

Thanks for the patience. The GS300 is a new car for me and I want to make sure I get the wheel offset right.

i completely cut the fender lip to nothing all the way around. didnt' roll anything, as i think if i shave it all the way, that's as best as it can get (unless i pull on the fenders, which sounds dangerous to me). if you have pulled fenders, that should help a bit. but the problem would the the front and back of wheel well, you can't really pull on them, and if you run 20s with overspec tires, when you hit dip, you are not going to rub the top, you are going to rub front and back of wheel well. that's the biggest headache i had with my wheels

Rominl...thanks for the help...any pics of your car from the rear/side? For this car, I don't want to do a pull as I don't want to screw with the lines of the car....just completely removing the lip. So what is the optimimum offset for 20x11 with a 295 to prevent the wheel from hitting on the inside. Also, I need a setup that works with coilovers.

you be the just. my wheels are 20x10.5 +41 with 285/30/20. offset wise, it's the same as 20x10 +35 or 20x10 +47

Great! That gives me a good point of reference. Your ride looks really nice. Now it's just deciding on coilovers and a set of wheels. Anybody here run Forgelines?

I think you meant 20x11 +47.
