Default PIAA rims

How good are these rims in terms of quality and status? I stepped up from Motegi (long time ago, lol), to Enkei, to Racing Harts, to Volks. Id like to at least stay in the same ballpark as volks. Are they light like volks?

specifically im talking about the SPORTMESH

they are good jdm wheels. davegs4 had them before, you can ask him. they are not as common as volks, but imho they are probably of about the same quality

I got the sportmesh in "18. I love them. They are pretty sturdy, don't know how heavy 'cos I never lifted one. Made in japan sealed the deal for me.

You already have 18's on your IS so if I was you I'd go up to 19's. Mine are hyperblack? Gunmetal? I forget the name, but you know what I mean.
Lower your car, definately lower!

I say go for it. You're a brave brave man. I was nervous even going with these but my wheel guy assured me it would be fine 'cos he knows how I drive. I hit so many post holes already I lost count. lol

I was looking into getting the PIAA Super Razzo awhile back but ended up getting momo. The lexus dealer I bought my car is a retailer for PIAA, they had a brochure with all the rims. Not sure if it will matter with the sport mesh but the Super Razzo did not have the ability to have the tire sensors. But since you want a deeper look the Super Razzo definitely a lot deeper than the sport mesh. Good luck hope that helped.
