Tire size for SC300 with 16" wheels

I just got some ls400 wheels for my Sc300 and they have 225/60 16" tires on them and my tires on the car right now are 225/60 15" so I know these tires are too big. What size should I be running? If i put these wheels and tires on now how will it effect my car? Will the speedo read faster or slower than I am actually going, if so by how much?
