Default Offset questions...

Im looking at another set of wheels for my 99 GS4. The new wheels are 19x9F 5x114 ET22 offset and the rears are 19x10 5x114 ET25 offset. Any one know if these will fit the GS? I have TT brakes upfront and Im not sure if they are hi disk of not...

They will not fit unless you are planning some really extreme mods to get them to work.

I have 19x9 28 offset and 19x10.5 30offset, and all did was roll the front and shave the rear. To fit your specs, that's just another 5mm from where i'm at.

I used a pneumatic saw, but you have to be careful not to slip or else the blade might end up hitting the outside of the quarter panel. I've heard of people using dremels with cut-off wheels, but I haven't tried it that way personally.

I didn't measure what I cut exactly, I just used 3/8" masking tape from the outside edge and cut off the excess after the tape line.

This is the saw I used.....

I don't think it will make a very big difference, but you might have to shave a little bit more if the curb guard passes the lip.
