Would this wheel/tire fitment work for a 2000 Lexus GS300?

Wheel size: 20X9 all around... 37mm offset (Lowenharts)

Tire sizes are: 245/35/20 all around

Would this look weird... would it rub? Thx.

as replied in pm, probably will work but the front is pretty aggressive, with lowering you will probably rub unless you do some fender mods
