If your looking to make both the front and rear flush with the fenders go with a staggered setup. Why do you want to use 19x8.5 all the way around? I know some do not like the idea of not being able to rotate tires. I would suggest 19x8.5 and 19x10 but if you are dead set on the same size all the way around you might want to order a lower offset rear to make the rear closer to the fenders than the fronts. My brother did this with his E46 and it allowed him to use the same sized tires front and rear but it still had the staggered look since the rear had a lower offset and deeper lip. Im assuming these wheels are custom built since they are 3 piece so getting custom offsets shouldn't be a problem.

no point in 19x10, there are successful setups with 19x9.5" +40 offset or whatever, theres no benefit using 275/30/19 on 10" vs 9.5"

Do 19 x 10 with 275 tires. Over the last 4 years I've been through 4 diffrent cars and 7 sets of wheels 5 of them with the staggered setup. Staggered with a 10 width and a 275 looks a lot meaner.

a 275/30 will fit on a 9.5" wide wheel fine, but id go with a 10" for asthetic reasons. i personally hate the look of a tire that is too wide for the wheel making the tire look like it tapers inward. not to mention most custom 3 piece wheels will yeild a larger lip using a wider wheel. but thats just me.

well i spoke to the company about the wheels and i told them that i wanted 19 x8.5 around and they said that they can do it with a 2in lip in front and 2 1/2 in lip in the rear do you think it would still give it the staggard look

Personally, I would go with 19x8.5 F 19X9.5 R....2" lip on the front rims???? Im not sure how that sounds...or looks. Might be a little dramatic for the front. And i Had 295's on my 9.5" rim, didnt looked stretched at all. I think you can go up to 335 on a 9.5 rim, not that I would.

I know, but whatever tires you put on there are going to wear out easily. Youre prob talking about 20k miles.....30k if youre lucky. Also if you get directional tires you cant rotate them. Im not even sure how much rotating high performance tires will save you on tread. You could switch the tires on the IS3, but it seemed like i still needed to replace them all within a few months of each other. On a new IS your rear tires are going to wear faster than the fronts...so just replace them 6 months prior to the fronts. Hey its your call, do what you think is right, we are all just trying to help. Also, just find out more info on that front lip...i dunno about 2". Good luck man!

even if you use the same sized tires and the front and rear wheels offsets are different the only way you can rotate the tires is by completely removing them from the wheel. i like the wheels you picked out but i dont think 2" is lot of lip i think it will look just fine. either way 19" arent cheap althought i have seen them getting cheaper. i think you can do a staggered set of ventus or general tires for like $600. but if you're wanting to do a high performance tire its gonna cost a bit more.

i think 2 inch lip retains the classy look. beyond that, it's a fad. everyone is going for super duper maxed out lip, even FWD cars. vehicles that look good with big, fat lips are European cars, drift cars, and extreme VIP cars.

I think 275s are the perfect tire size for 9.5 in rims. If you insist on having the stretched look, get the Dunlop Direzza tires. It has a stretched look to it.
