Default 5mm spacers on an ES330

where can i get some 5mm spacers for my ES330? i orginally wanted to get my wheels 19x8 with a 35 offset and 30 in the rear but the shop said it would be better to get 45/40. I want my rear wheel to come out as much as it can. it looks like it come come out a lot more. if people can fit 8.5 with a 38 offset then i should of been to able to fit those. anyways, i want some spacers that i can just put them on. where can i get a hold of some quality spacers that are safe to use? oh forgot to add something, are 8mm spacers safe to use without new studs?
