Anyone running larger diameter rear wheels (eg 19f/20r)
Just curious if anyone is running a smaller front and larger rear rim configuration. For example, 19" front and 20" rears. Any advantage/disadvantage to this?

Just say NO!
I always thought this looked weird on cars... except for the NSX and the Corvette, which have fender arches that were designed this way. Some of the 2nd generation MR2 guys do this, and I think it looks terrible... in the case of the MR2, the rear wheels (18") really fill-up the wheel well nicely while the front (17") looks sort of lost by comparison. It looks almost like the front of the car isn't lowered enough since the distance from the wheel arch to the fender is greater (due to the smaller front wheel)..
On a car like the Lexus, you'll need to be careful with the tire sizes or the Traction Control and ABS systems will freak out. I'm not sure what the tolerance is with the factory ECU, but my guess is that it's not enough to handle something like 245/35-19 front & 275/30-20 rear (the rears are almost 1" taller). To solve this, you'll need something like 245/40-19 & 275/30-20, where the front sidewalls will be noticeably taller than the rears... perhaps not a good look.
Bigger rear wheels on an old muscle car can be cool... on a luxury car? Ah, no.
