Question Your Opinons Requested: 19 x 8.5 (FWD Offset) on SC??

ive been having trouble selling my lowenhart bs5 super crystals from my es300.. so i was thinking of throwing on 235s for the front and 265s for the rear and put them on the sc.. its a 19x8.5 and high 40 offset.. my guess is around 48 or so.. would it look right?

8.5 width with plus 48 will tuck like crazy with any coilover setup unless you do some spacers to make them flush. Or another option is to get the wheels widened. There's a place in MI that does it. I hear they do a good job and the rims are perfect once done.

Bro.... those rims are sweet and i know you could make them work.... HOWEVER, knowing your taste and how you like your rides to look, you wouldn't be satisfied.
I would say continue to push the selling of those rims...

19 x 8.5 w/ a 265 section tire = no no.
I mean, you could, but why bother. Unless you are going to widen them, then yes.

Do it right - your car and you deserve it

And with a high offset like that, with a wide tire, you are probably going to rub the inner wall/suspension stuff. I will move this to the Tire Rack for more exposure
