Help with tire size to fit 20s

I am going to purchase ADR Sterlings 20". They have two sizes available:

20x8.5 5x114.3 38

20x9.5 5x114.3 35

I keep hearing people talking about the "staggered" setup. Would that work for these two, or is it better just to go with one size for all four wheels?

Also, I was curious what size tire I should get for the rims? Thx.

for the front it would be 245/35/20 for the rear 275/30/20

Those sizing will work as a staggered setup with the 8.5 in front and the 9.5 in the rear. The tire sizing from joshoowa is the typical sizing. Go for it.
