Default What do guys think: 18" OZ Ultraleggeras or Advan AVS Model 5's for my white GS400?

Looking for new wheels and I'm torn between 18" OZ Ultraleggeras or Advan AVS Model 5's for my GS400. Car is white. Which of these 2 wheels do you think looks best on the GS? Let me know your thoughs.

I can't find any pictures on the site of a GS with the Ulterleggeras. Anyone have one?

Thanks!

The Ultraleggeras, which OZ on their website calls Superleggera-1 is not available as a 19 inch only 18. The Superleggera-3 (the 3 piece modular rim) is available up to 20" but is a bit priceier. Between the 2, I like the OZ better. Different style wheels definitely set a tone. What other cosmetic/stylistic mods have you made to the car and what is the "look" that you are going for?

I had the SSR GT1's on the car and just love this wheel. One of the wheels is cracked beyond repair and I can't find a replacement wheel and Tirerack doesn't carry it anymore. I posted what I needed and nothing that would fit has come my way. So ... looking for a new set of wheels. No other cosmetic mods except car is lowered.

I really like the sporty look the SSR GT1's provide - so looking to continue with that look. I'm not sure if the Ultraleggera's will give that, but they are less expensive and even lighter than the Advans. Any other wheel suggestions are appreciated too. I want to go with 18's cause I have a brand new set of Goodyear F1's in size 245-40-18 I want to use.

Question - will a 18 x 9 wheel with a 35 offset work with the GS car and with the tires listed above? I found some Advan's in that size in stock in the gunmetal color. What do you guys think of this color with the crystal white car? Letme know.

Thanks for the feedback all.

I love bronze wheels too. I REALLY wanted to put a set of Bronze 19x10.5"/19x9" TE37s on my LS430, but I didn't have the guts to go that racy on that car. I went with the LE37Ts in silver/machine finish lip and I'm happy. Not exactly the VIP look, though.
