Default Tire Pressure Light Blinking

My car still has the OEM run flats. I was driving on the freeway today and I heard a sound that seemed like all the air in the front tire came out. The tire pressure light started blinking and so I went to the nearest gas station. I know that probably means I need new tires. How long can I drive on these tires because it's about 15 miles to the nearest tire shop? So far I've driven it about 5 miles back to my house. It feels like I shouldn't be driving it at all. I don't notice any difference with having run flats and having a flat on non run flats. Thanks for any info.

with runflats you can drive with no air pressure for about 150 to 200 miles at 55mph

you are good to go man, there is a reason why they are runflats

but runflat tires, they are going to cost you a fortune (and very stiff ride too)

Thanks for the info. I'm about to change to some nero ms tires because I'm tired of the way the o***s were running.
