Default Fitment help

I am looking to purchase a set of wheels for my 2006 GS430.
Here are the specs: 20x8.5 / 20x9.5 with 245/35/20 and 255/45/20 (offset +42)

Does anyone see a problem with this set up? Possible rubbing? Is there a better choice for tire size?

BTW - They're 20" Euroline SL with Falken ST-115

Thanks In Advance,
Ricky

i am always sure that the widths and offset will fit no problem

but the tires.... 255/45/20?? that's very tall isn't it?

Well, no change then. The rear tires are just too tall. You can get the rims and use the front tires. You will just need to replace the rear with probably 275/30/20 tires.
