I'm missing one in the rear. I must have got a raw deal getting them used. The front offsets are different too

I've never had the hubrings on, stock or aftermarket wheels. I have them in my basement, in a bag with my stock lugnuts, but I don't use them. And I drive 90 mph everyday, no abnormal vibrations here...

I think I tried to put them on once, but I think my lugs aren't long enough to allow them to be on when I have my SSR's on.

?!?! rings have NOTHING to do with lug nuts. they should NOT affect how the lug nuts are put on. you are probably talking about spacers here.

hub rings go INSDE of the back of the wheels, they don't change the offset

if You are lucky You can put wheels without hub rings, but to be safe use them!
