I know a side from bigger wheels on the back for grip..but if the car is stock there is no need for it right? Would you get staggered or regular on all four?

staggered will definitely look nicer and probably handle and perform better since you'll be running fatter tires in the rear...but if you're tight on funds and you don't wanna be changing the rear tires every other season (can't rotate rears to fronts)...then go with non staggered setup with maybe a more aggressive offset and add spacers in the rear...thats the route i took until i have more $$$ saved up for a staggered setup.

the reason is that u can't rotate them...and since the car doesn't have serious speed it shouldn't matter the rear wheels being bigger.

how often is it about need any way. I mean we spend thousands on body kits and such just because we think it looks better. Is a staggered setup any different?

I currently have 18x9 all around and I miss having staggered. If we are talking purely on looks the staggered setup looks waaay better.

of course go staggered! I persoanlly am even going 1" bigger in rear to look more aggressive! 19X9-10" rear and 18"X8-9" front the only mod I have on my car is exhaust.... dont really need speed to make a car look aggressive.

Staggered all the way!!! There's no other way for our cars hehehehhehe Just get the offsets that allow the wheels to sit straight with each other (fronts line up with the rears).

I think rotating is over rated. I didn't rotate even with a mono setup. The car never rides the same after the wheels have been repositioned. I've discovered if you keep the proper air pressure and keep the car alligned, rotating is not necessary.
