Pappa got some new tires...
Thanks to Bridgestone for the sponsorship, I now have brand new tires for my ride. Bridgestone Potenza S-03's...

I must say that I will miss my Pirelli's Pzero Nero's. After a year of driving on them, they still have no signs of wear and are sooooooo quiet. Big to Pirelli for making these tires.
It will be interesting to compare the difference between the two. The S-03's will be mounted this weekend. Will post my thoughts in a couple of weeks after driving on them.

lol... I work hard at beggin bro... Seriously, I did put some extra time in trying to get the sponsorship. Typed out a full proposal, mod sheet and pics. After several weeks, I got the word that I was part of the Bridgestone team and that I got a full 100% sponsorship.
Older Pirelli's do in fact wear pretty bad except for the new Pzero's. If you look at Tire Rack, the ratings for the Pzero Nero's are off the chart. They are excellent tires in every catagory. They have been the best tire I have ever owned... Rominl has the same tires and will probably agree with me. They are awesome. Not the best tire for performance, but for daily driving, OUTSTANDING!
S-03's will get loud when wearing out. They are a performance tire and should only last 12-15K miles. We shall see.......

I just check the tread wear on those Pirellis, 400!!! It's even more than my Falken's 360 tread wear
And only 12-15K miles on those S03s? But those Bridgestones give that nice FAT look
BTW, too bad Bridgestone is not doing well for Michael Schumacher this year, otherwise with that awesome Ferarri F2005...he shall be getting another world champion again
