.... have you tried to do some searching and reading here? there are so much topic on this already and a lot of explanations on how they work together. and i even have a sticky up at the top explanation a lot of stuff and also size choices for people to use as reference.
i will only answer that it's your spokes that mostly determine whether it will clear the brakes, and you will have to figure out that one yourself.

yea the reason for this post is that there isn't a definatle answer for what setup you have. i mean i know agressive is +38 front and +42 rear but is it for stock, big brake kit and coilover, without big brake kit. that is the reason. i mean i get answers like +36-+42 front. i kinda want a definate answer.

Save yourself some headache and stick with a 20 x 8.5, especially since you don't want to rub or roll your fender. And +38 will be perfect with big brakes and coilovers - just make sure your wheels are hi disk to clear the bbk. There's your definite answer. The more you stray from this, the more you'll rub on full lock and dips. I'd try to stick with +37 to +40 in front. +38/+39 is just about perfect, and you shouldn't rub at all.

the offset is good, with 9 personally i would try to go with 38 to 40. anything lower that's too much
and like i said, whether it clears the bbk that's more of the spoke design problem. the offset has little to do with it. if the spoke design doesn't work with bbk, they just wont' clear
