Anybody know who this car belongs to.

I want to find the brand and size of the
wheels and tires Thats what I'm lookin
for looks like the they belong there, just
enough "consertive bling" for me.

Yes, those are L-Sportline model 4s.
Car belonged to Doc C. He sold it about a year ago and moved on to an NSX. I believe he replaced those rims with HRE 540R's before he sold it...

Doc C hangs out at NSXprime.com. You have to register to send him a message, but no big deal.
And yeah, TM Eng. used to (or still does) carry LSportlines. Worth a shot.
