Default Replacement for Falken ZX tires?

I have had Falken ZX on my car, and I really like them alot. They were quiet, excellent in both wet and dry. But I really drive alot of miles in a given year, and the ZX unfortunately wear rather quickly (only a 360 treadwear rating, but I suspect it might be even less) Anyways...can anyone point me to a tire that would perform about the same as the ZX, but with better tread mileage? Thanks alot...I'm on staggered 18"'s..with 265 out back...~R

Cool

What are the exact tire sizes you need (front & back) & I assume you are looking for an all season tire since you mentioned you put a fair amount of miles on the car.

Lex...you are correct. Must be all season as it does rain often enough here. I have winter tires for the snow. My current sizes are: 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 Other sizes are OK as long as they fit and aren't to detrimental to ride quality.

I'm having trouble finding the same tire model for the two different sizes your looking for.

If you are only driving in dry and rain, I would get high performance tires. You mentioned having snow tires as an extra set, so why not? You'll get much better wet and dry traction, as well as a better ride.

Are you saying that he will get a better wet, dry & ride using winter tires?
