both front and rear offset are 35?

the front you can do 245/35/19 no problem.

the rear you are in trouble. with 10 +35, you should use 275/30/19, and you need to shave pretty much the whole fender lip to clear

If you think you can safely roll (without risk of paint damage) it up and in, out of the way of the tire travel, then go for it. Otherwise, just cut it.

What do you do to seal the metal after you cut so that it doesn't rust?

Because you want both tire/wheel combinations to end up approximately the same diameter as stock.and to match each other. Since the setup is staggered, you need to use a lower aspect ratio for the wider tire. 245/35-19 and 285/30-19 are within a half millimeter difference in diameter but Henry probably suggested the narrower (and smaller in diameter) 275/30-19 because of fitment problems caused by offset. If the propper offset for the rear wheel had been chosen the wider tire could have been selected without causing interference problems with the fender. He needed a rim that didn't stick out so far from the hub thus allowing more of the tire to fit more inboard on the axle. He would end up with a slightly narrower lip in the back but would not have to roll or shave his fenders and he would have ended up with wheels that more closely matched each other in overall diameter front and back.

"Same diameter as stock"? Ew no. Want is big as possible and I dont care if it makes my speedometer off my a mile or so.

I think shaving or rolling the fenders is a MUST when goin with rims this big. I've seen guys who didnt want to roll or cut their fenders and resorted to having a thin lookin stretched out tire and that just look nasty in my opinion Same goes with excessive negative camber

Big as possible? I am not so sure this is a good idea either.

the fender on the gs isn't that good for rolling as far as i know, and you can easily chip the paint on the fenders, and you will end up repainting the whole panel

You must do something to cover the bare metal. Rust is Cancer to a car!

Here's the inner fender lip shaved about half way. You can see the screw is barely holding the plastic trim.

More shaving was required in order to get my 295/25-20 tires to fit on 11" rims.

And here's how it looks now with the lip 100% shaved and a coat of primer . After this step I sprayed it with factory silver and then undercoated the wheel well.

We've been shaving fenders in NorCal for what, like 4 years ? Neo, Rominl and the other locals all have shaved lips. It's the ONLY way to go.

Default lip shaving?

WOW! That looks intense. Crazy question I'm sure but what if the car isn't lowered and I just want to thrown on some 10" wide rims with 285 tires? Does body work like what you did need to be done???
