Need Tire size, found some Work 19's

Need Tire size, found some Work 19's
I found these 19'" 3 piece Work Banosso wheels. Here are the specs:
19 X 8.5 +37 offset
19 X 9.5 +31 offset
I hope someone can help me figure out if these offsets would work with my SC300, I already ordered Bilstein coilovers and I'm slamming this car as far as i can. I'm looking to STRETCH the tires like the VIP style to achieve the rim aligning with the fender look. Not sure if i should use 205 tires or 215 tires, I just don't have enough knowledge to calculate everything. Hopefully someone with wheel experience or someone with the same offset and rim size can let me know how the tires fit. The last thing i need to do is order the tires. so please help!!
