120mm x 5 rims on SC
I know the lug nut size on the Lexus may be smaller by a margin. But Is there any way that I can fit a rim that's 120mm x 5 on my SC?
Has anyone managed to make it fit nevertheless?
Thanks in advance.

I played around with search and was able to come up with this post. It seems like one can actually use adapters on the SC4 to make 120mmx5 rims fit.
Can anyone please confirm this?
Thanks.

yes, there are hub adaptors available but I wouldn't reccomend putting anything other than 5x114.3 wheels on a n SC. Hub adaptors take up space between the wheel and hub...this is not optimum if you're planning on running a decent set of wheels. Using a 30mm wheel adaptor with a wheel that has a +45mm offest is like running the same diameter and width wheel with a +15mm offset. (it's basically the same as adding hub adaptors as spacers) Alot of the cheaper adaptors aren't even hubcentric which is even worse and puts alot more stress on your lugs.
Another option is redrilling the wheels to 5x114.3 but with alot of wheel designs, this can get ugly. My advice, stick to 5x114.3 wheels. There are so many to choose from, I don't understand why anyone would want to use anything else.

Very good response roo! Took every pointer I was about to state.

adapters
I wouldn't recomend using an adapter...Is it because you already have those wheels or is it because you like a certain wheel? I agree with roo...but if you are set on 5x120's, I think it really depends on the type of wheel you're looking at.
If you choose a wheel with a dish, using the adapter and using the coreect offset, you'll loose most of the dish because of the adapter (or it'll be sticking out) IMO, not the way to go...
BUT if you go with a flush type of wheel, it should look decent (ie MVR's)
unless it's a money thing or you're set on a certain type of wheel, I would recomend that you get a set of 5x114.3's
GOOD LUCK!
