17x8 @ 42mm offset for GS4?

Is the offset on this ok? These will be replacing my stock 17's as 3 of them are bent. I will be using my current tires which has about 10k miles on them (235/45/17). Will I have any rubbing issues?

stock 17s are 17x8 with +50 offset. so those wheels will stick out 8mm farther. I think it would be fine, but you should verify that.
